Dr. Christopher Chang founded Congressional Plastic Surgery in 2015 and is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His training includes Harvard College, NYU School of Medicine, Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Hillary Jenny is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who trained at MIT, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a fellowship in aesthetic surgery in Beverly Hills. She is recognized for delivering natural, individualized results across a range of procedures.
