Dr. Christopher C. Chang is considered to be one of the top plastic surgeons in DC. He specializes in facial and breast augmentation surgery and has acquired several advanced degrees and training from some of the most selective universities in the country.
After receiving his bachelor's degree from Harvard University, he attended the NYU School of Medicine. While in New York, he worked at the Institute for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery under the direction of Dr. Joseph G. McCarthy, a world-renowned faculty member. During his time there, he received many accolades and was selected for the six-year integrated general and plastic surgery residency at Yale University.
As one of the top plastic surgeons in Maryland, Dr. Chang’s expertise is evidenced by his work at the forefront of translational medicine. He has participated in medical science research since the mid-1990s and worked at leading institutes, including the Bethesda National Naval Medical Center, National Institutes of Health, Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, NYU Plastic Surgery Laboratory for Microvascular Tissue Engineering, and Yale University School of Medicine.
