Restore proper nasal airflow and breathe more freely.
What Is Septoplasty?
The septum is the wall of cartilage and bone running down the center of your nose, separating the two nasal passages. In a significant number of people, it sits noticeably off-center rather than straight. Septoplasty surgically corrects this deviation, repositioning and straightening the septum to restore more balanced airflow through both nostrils. Because this procedure addresses genuine anatomical function rather than appearance, it's frequently eligible for insurance coverage when medical necessity is documented. For patients who also have cosmetic nasal concerns, it can be performed alongside rhinoplasty in the same surgery.
