Turn back the clock with a facelift technique built for natural, long-lasting transformation.
What Is a Deep Plane Facelift?
Most people picture a facelift as simply tightening skin, but the deep plane technique works quite differently. Rather than pulling on the skin's surface, this approach repositions the SMAS layer, a deeper sheet of connective tissue and muscle beneath the skin, along with the fat compartments that sit on top of it. Because facial sagging actually originates from this deeper layer losing its support over time, correcting it at that level produces a foundation-level change rather than a superficial pull, which is why deep plane results usually look more natural and last considerably longer.
